- Meeting time: 8.00 am on 31/03/2026
- Meeting venue: e.town meeting hall, No. 364 Cong Hoa, Tan Binh ward Hochiminh City.
- Meeting agenda: Meeting documents will be posted on the website of the issuer (www.reecorp.com) before 11/03/2026.
b. Advanced Payment of 2025 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 10%/share (1,000 VND per share)
- Payment time: 03/04/2026
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at  Company (No. 364 Cong Hoa, Tan Binh Ward, Hochiminh City) on working days from 03/04/2026. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
