The bond's interest rate for each interest period is determined as follows: + The interest rate applied for the first 02 interest periods: 11.25%/year; and + Interest rate applied to the next interest periods after the first 2 interest periods: the total of 4%/year and Reference interest rate on the interest rate determination date of that interest period. In which: “Interest period” means each period lasting 6 consecutive months from the issue date inclusive to the maturity date or early redemption date exclusive. To clarify, in case a bond is redeemed before maturity (whether voluntarily or mandatory) according to the provisions of the bond conditions, the final interest period will be from the latest interest payment date to the relevant early redemption date exclusive. “Reference interest rate” means the interest rate on saving deposits in VND, applicable to individual customers with a 12-month term, receiving interest at the end of the term of HDBank announced on the interest rate determination date of that interest period.
