Interest rate:

+ Applicable to the first 2 interest periods after the issuance date: 8%/year (based on a 365-day year); and + Applicable to interest periods after the first 2 interest periods: sum of 2.75%/year and the reference interest rate applicable to that interest period. Reference interest rate is the average of individual savings interest rates (end-term payment) for the term of 12 months (or equivalent) in VND disclosed on the date of related interest calculation by Viettinbank, Vietcombank, Agribank and BIDV. In case the above-mentioned interest rate of any of the above-mentioned banks cannot be determined on the relevant interest rate determination date, reference interest rate is the average of individual savings interest rates (end-term payment) for the term of 12 months (or equivalent) in VND of the remaining banks mentioned above. The interest rate determination date, for any interest rate adjustment period, is 7 days before the first day of the interest rate adjustment period but if that day is not a business day, the interest rate determination date shall be is the business day immediately preceding that date.

From 14/01/2026, bond code KDC12101, ISIN VN0KDC121016 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for KDC12101 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited KDC12101 bonds on the effective date of deregistration.
When canceling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
