At the date of interest rate determination, the bond's interest rate for each interest payment period is determined according to the following formula: Interest rate = Reference interest rate + margin of 1.2%/year. In which: + “Reference interest rate” for each interest payment period, is the average interest rate (the interest rate or interest rate ceiling if the interest rate is not announced) applicable to personal term deposit in VND with interest paid in arrears, 12-month term as announced on the official website of four Reference Banks on the date of interest rate determination of the relevant interest period. For clarity, the reference interest rate, if not an integer, will be rounded to two decimal places. + Reference Banks include: Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Industry And Trade, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Hanoi and Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam. + If the issuer does not redeem the bond on the date of exercising bond redemption right, the bond interest rate applicable for the 6th interest period until maturity will be equal to the reference interest rate + margin of 3.7 %/year.
