VIB12109: Cancellation of Bond Registration
Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the bond registration cancellation as follows:
From 05/01/2026, security code VIB12109, ISIN VN0VIB121092 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for VIB12109 bonds.
VSDC will cease recording information about the bond and its holder registered with VSDC. Cancellation of Bond Registration at VSDC does not alter the legal rights and interests of the bondholder. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bond and its holder after the bond is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise corporate actions and interests of the bondholder (if any) as stipulated by law.
