In this case the issuer does not redeem all of the bonds, the interest rate applied to the 6th and 7th year interest periods applied to the remaining outstanding bonds is as follows: Interest rate = Reference interest rate (*) + 2.2%/year (*) The "reference interest rate" used to calculate the interest rate for each interest payment period is the average interest rate on personal saving deposits in VND (postpaid at term end), 12-month term (or equivalent) announced on the website at the interest rate determination date by Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, Vietnam Bank for Investment and Development, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade and Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (each of these banks is referred as the “Reference Bank”). To clarify, the reference interest rate, if not an integer, will be rounded to 4 decimal places

From 31/12/2025, bond code MBB12345, ISIN VN0MBB123450 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for MBB12345 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited MBB12345 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited MBB12345 bonds from investors' accounts on 31/12/2025 and inform related investors accordingly.
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
