- Expected number of securities to be redeemed: 5,000 bonds
- Execution rate: the number of bonds redeemed/the number of bonds held: 5,000/5,000.
- Redemption price of each bond = bond face value + interest from 17/12/2025 inclusive to 19/01/2026 exclusive = 100,000,000 + (100,000,000 x 11.6% x 33/365) = 101,048,767 VND/bond
- The redemption amount of each bond will be rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number is rounded up, if the first decimal place is less than 5, the fractional part is removed).
- Payment date: 19/01/2026.
- Principle of rounding: the Securities registering insitution (SRI) redeems all bond, so there will be no fractional shares
- For example: bondholders owning 5,000 bond is entitled to sell 5,000 bonds to the SRI
- There is not a deadline for registering to sell bonds back to the issuer as this is the case where the SRI finalizes the list of bondholders registered at VSDC, but investors do not sell bonds through VSDC. All redeemed bonds will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at the depository member where they opened the depository account.
+ Bondholders whose securities have been deposited will receive bond redemption at Aqua City Company Limited, Lot AP 1-5, Aqua City urban area, An Xuan hamlet, Long Hung ward, Dong Nai province, 8am - 5pm on 19/01/2026. ID cards have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to VSDC's email). In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs  are requested to send VSDC the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 14/01/2026.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs and direct account holders will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
