From 23/12/2025, bond code ABB12309, ISIN VN0ABB123090 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for ABB12309 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited ABB12309 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited ABB12309 bonds from investors' accounts on 23/12/2025 and inform related investors accordingly.
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
