Floating interest rate: interest rate applied for 2 consecutive interest payment periods is the same and before each 2 interest payment periods, the issuer will determine the interest rate applied to those 2 payment periods (“Interest determination period”) according to the regulations below: Interest rate = Reference interest rate + 2.3%/year. “Reference interest rate” used to calculate the interest rate for each interest payment period is the average Interest rates on personal saving deposits in Vietnam Dong (interest paid t the end of the term) for a 12-month term (or equivalent) announced on the websites of Vietcombank, BIDV, Vietinbank, Agribank (each of these Banks is referred to as “Bank reference") on the interest determination date. For clarity, the reference interest rate, if not an integer, will be rounded to four decimal places.

From 22/12/2025, bond code MSF12401, ISIN VN0MSF124018 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for MSF12401 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited MSF12401 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited MSF12401 bonds from investors' accounts on 22/12/2025 and inform related investors accordingly.
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
