- Execution time: December tentatively, to be announced in the Shareholder's written opinion form.
- Execution venueCompany Headquarters – Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park, Nhon Trach Commune, Dong Nai Province.
- Content: issues within the authority of the General Meeting in the form of ballot to to collect shareholders' opinions in writing according to prevailing laws.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
