- Payment rate: 20:1 (shareholder owning 20 shares is entitled to 1 new shares).
- Principle of rounding and principle of handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares distributed to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
For example: A shareholder owns 1891 shares, the number of dividend shares to be temporarily received is: 1891 x 5% = 94.55 shares. The number of shares the shareholder will actually receive is 94 shares; 0.55 fractional shares will be canceled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive stock dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive stock dividend at the office of Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company, address: 177 Hai Ba Trung, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City on working days of the week. ID cards and Share Ownership Certificate have to be presented.
