Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 17%/share (1,700 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 30/01/2026
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Finance-Accounting department of Viet Duc Welding Electrode Joint Stock Company, Hanoi on working days (Monday ~ Friday) from 30/01/2026. ID cards or valid power of attorney certified by competent authority (in case of authorization) have to be presented.
By bank transfer: from 30/01/2026. Copy of ID card, Request for bank transfer in accordance with the form provided by the Finance-Accounting Department filled with individual information and account number are required.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
