Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 5:1 (Shareholder owning 5 share is entitled to receive 1 new share)
- Rounding principle, Handling of Fractional Shares: The number of shares issued for dividend payment will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will  be removed.
Example: On the record date to receive 2024 stock dividend, shareholder A owns 123 shares. 2024 stock dividend that shareholder A receives is calculated according to the ratio of shares issued to pay dividends: (123x20)/100=24.6 shares. After rounding, the number of shares that shareholder A receives is 24 shares, and the remaining 0.6 shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete the dividend reception procedures at Viet Duc Welding Electrode Joint Stock Company, Que Han Street, Quan Ganh Street, Nhi Khe Commune, Thuong Tin District, Hanoi City on weekdays except Saturday and Sunday ID card/Business Registration Certificate or Authorization Letter (if any) have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
