The principle of determining the interest rate applicable to the interest calculation periods of the bond is determined by the issuer on the interest rate determination date, the interest rate is equal to the average of the interest rate of saving deposit applicable to individual customers with a term of 12 months, paid at the end of the term in Vietnam Dong (or equivalent), published on the websites of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade and Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, plus 1.5%/year. +“The Bond interest calculation starting date” is the issuance date for the first interest calculation period or the date marking full 12 month from the issuance date for subsequent interest calculation periods. + “The Interest adjustment period” means each term of 12 consecutive months from the bond issuance date to the bond maturity date (or on the date the bond is redeemed before maturity). + The "Interest Rate Determination Date" is the working day prior to the issue date 01 working day for the first interest period. For subsequent interest periods, the interest determination date is the working day prior to the day marking full year from the issue date 7 working days. +According to the above principle of interest rate determination, on 29/10/2024, MB announced information on the website about the results of determining the interest rate of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank bonds, bond code MBBH2430002, issue date of 30/10/2024, maturity date of 30/10/2030, applicable to the first interest payment period from 30/10/2024 inclusive to 30/10/2025 exclusive is 6.175%/year.

From 24/11/2025, security code MBB124022, ISIN VNMBB1240220 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for MBB124022 bonds.
VSDC will withdraw all MBB124022 bonds deposited on the effective date of cancellation of bonds registration. Depository Members are requested to record the withdrawal of MBB124022 bonds deposited on the investor's account on 24/11/2025 and notify relevant investors.
When canceling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about the bonds and bondholders registered by the bond registering institution at VSDC. The cancellation of securities registration at VSDC shall not affect the lawful rights and interests of securities holders. The bond registering institution shall be responsible for managing information on the bonds and their holders after the bonds have been deregistered at VSDC, continuing to ensure the exercise of the lawful rights and interests of bonds holders (if any) in accordance with the prevailing laws.
