The interest rate is adjusted periodically for each interest period after the first 2 interest periods. + The interest rate applied for the first 02 interest periods is 8.2%/year; and + The interest rate applied for each subsequent interest period after the first 2 interest periods is one of the following two interest rates, depending on which interest rate is higher, including the reference interest rate of that interest period plus 2.5%/year or 8.2%/year. In which: "Reference interest rate", for each interest period after the first 2 interest periods, means the average of interest rates on regular postpaid saving deposits (excluding online savings deposits). 12-month term for individual customers is announced on the websites of 4 banks: Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam at the date of determining the interest rate of that interest period. “Interest period” means each period lasting 3 consecutive months starting from the issuance date to the maturity date (to avoid misunderstanding, the end date of one interest period is also the starting date of the next interest period).

Depository Members are requested to record the withdrawal of H3912201 bonds deposited on the investor's account on 09/4/2026 and notify relevant investors.
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
