Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Ho Chi Minh City Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Interest rate: 10.075%/year
- Execution rate: 2,511,849.315 VND/bond.
+ Interest payment is calculated according to the formula= 100,000,000 (VND) x 10.075%/year x 91 (days)/365 (days), rounded to 3 decimal places.
- Actual amount of bond interest receivable by bondholders is rounded to the whole number (If the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number is rounded up; If the first decimal place is less than 5, the fractional part is cancelled)
- Payment date: 15/12/2025 (Since the payment date is not a business day, the securities registration institution will make payment on the following business day).

+ The holders whose bonds have been deposited will receive bond interest via the account that the owner has registered with Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will receive bond interest at Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company on 15/12/2025 via bank transfer to accounts.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to VSDC's email). In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs  are requested to send the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 02/12/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs and direct account holding members will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
