- Redemption price of each ABB12403 bond = Bond par value + Interest earned from December 16, 2024 to December 16, 2025 exclusive= 1,000,000,000 + (1,000,000,000*5.7% * 365/365) = VND 1,057,000,000/bond.
- The Redemption price of each ABB12403 bond will be rounded up to the whole number (If the first decimal place is greater than or equal to 5, it will be rounded up, if the first is less than 5, the fractional part will be removed).
- Redemption payment date: 16/12/2025
- Techcombank will redeem all bonds on the redemption date of 16/12/2025 as requested by the issuer. Bondholders are obliged to resell all bonds they are holding to the issuer and receive the proceeds from the resale of bonds they own. All redeemed bonds will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will complete the procedures to resell the bonds at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will complete the procedures to resell the bonds at the issuer on 16/12/2025. relevant legal documents have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs are requested to send the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 27/11/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
