- Meeting agenda:
+ Approval of the number of members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board for the 2025-2030 term;
+ Electing the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board for the 2025-2030 term;
+ Approval of contents under the authority of the General Meeting.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
