NVB: Addition of contents of postal ballot
Pursuant to document no. 821/2023/CV-NCB dated 4th May 2023 of National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (securities code NVB), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce addition of contents of postal ballot in accordance with Notice no.754/TB-CNVSD dated 28th April 2023 by VSD's Branch (the record date: 12th May 2023) as follows:

+ Revision of the Charter related to activities of the Bank in line with revised license (to be announced in the ballots)
Reason: due to the arising needs of the Bank
