ACB12323: Cancellation of bond registration
Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the bond deregistration for the Securities registering institution as follows:
- Record date: 23/10/2025
From 23/10/2025, bond code ACB12323, ISIN VN0ACB123230 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for ACB12323 bonds.
When canceling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
