Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

From 22/10/2025, bond code ABB12303, ISIN VN0ABB123033 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for ABB12303 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all ABB12303 bonds deposited on the effective date of cancellation of registration.
Depository Members are requested to cancel ABB12303 bonds from investors' accounts on 22/10/2025 and inform relevant investors.
When canceling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
