- Exercising ratio: 10:1 (shareholder owning 10 shares is entitled to 1 new share).
- Principle of rounding and principle of handling fractional shares (if any):  the number of shares issued for dividend payment will be rounded to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares due to rounding down and fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
For example: Shareholder A owns 157 shares is entitled to receive 157*10/100 = 15.7 shares. According to the rounding principle above, the number of new shares that shareholder A receives is 15 shares. The fractional shares (0.7 shares) will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Nam Dinh Garment Joint Stock Company. ID cards  have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
