Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce bond registration cancellation of the securities registering institution as follows:

Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
