- Exercising ratio: 100:5 (shareholder owning 100 shares is entitled to 5 new shares).
- Principle of rounding and principle of handling fractional shares: After being multiplied by the exercising ratio, the number of issued shares will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fraction (if any) will be cancelled.
For example: Shareholder A owns 2,597 shares, with the exercise ratio of 100:5, the number of shares that shareholder A receives is: 2,597 x 5/100 = 129.85 shares. According to the rounding principle above, the number of new shares that shareholder A receives is 129 shares. The number of fractional shares (0.85 shares) will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Company's Headquarters - Elcom Building, Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi City on working days of the week. ID cards  have to be presented.
