Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:
- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time: 20/11/2025 (Thursday)
- Meeting venue: Road No. 2, Hoa Cam Industrial Park, Cam Le Ward, Da Nang City, Vietnam
- Tentative Meeting agenda:
+ Approving the resignation letter from the position of member of the Board of Directors of Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai dated 25/09/2025; and dismissing Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai from the position of member of the Board of Directors from the date of approval by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
+ Approving the election of a new member of the Board of Directors for the remaining term of 2022-2027 to replace the resigned member of the Board of Directors.
+ And approving a number of other contents and issues under the authority of the General Meeting - if any.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
