Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 200:27 (shareholder owning 200 shares is entitled to 27 new shares).
- Principle of rounding and principle of handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares additionally issued for dividend payment will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed. The new capital will be registered on the actually distributed shares.
For example, on record date, shareholder A who owns 128 shares is entitled to receive 17.28 shares (=128 x 27/20)). After rounding up, shareholder A receives 17 shares and 0.28 fractional share will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Bao Minh Insurance Corporation (level 3, Pax Sky Building, 34A Pham Ngoc Thanh, Xuan Hoa Ward, Hochiminh City) and ID cards have to be presented.
