Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

a. 10th Cash Payment of Corporate Bond Interest
- Payment rate: 5.5 %/bond (VND 55,000 per bond)
- Payment time: 03/11/2025 (because the payment date on 02/11/2025 is Sunday)
- After the record date, Bondholders will not be able to close their accounts.
- Payment place:
+ Bondholders whose securities have been deposited will receive bond interest at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ Bondholders whose securities have not been deposited will receive bond interest at Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company, Level 12, 152 Dien Bien Phu, Thach My Tay ward, Hochiminh city from 03/11/2025.
b. 10th conversion of corporate bonds or receipt of cash
Bondholders are required to carry out procedures to exercise the right to convert convertible bonds or receive bond principal upon the 10th conversion in case the bonds are not converted:
- Conversion rate:  1:1000 (each CII42013 bond is converted into 100 CII shares). Investors can register to convert a portion or all their bonds.
 - For example: Investor A owns 4 bonds. 
+ In case investor A registers to convert part of the number of bonds owned: for example, the investor registers to convert 2 bonds out of the total number of 4 convertible bonds un ownership, then when converting 2 bonds, investor A receives (2x100)= 200 CII shares. Thus, investor A will receive 200 CII shares and investor A also holds 2 bonds. Thus, Investor A will receive 200 shares. For the remaining 2 bonds, Investor A is required to register to receive the bond principal at a rate of 1,000,000 VND/bond. Accordingly, the amount Investor A receives is (2 x 1,000,000) = 2,000,000 VND.
+ In case investor A registers to convert the entire number of bonds owned: the investor registers to convert all 4 convertible bonds under ownership, after converting 4 bonds, investor A receives (4x100)= 400 CII shares. Thus, investor A will receive 400 CII shares.
+ In case Investor A registers to receive the principal of the entire number of bonds under ownership: the investor registers to receive the principal of all 4 convertible bonds that the investor owns. After registering to receive the money, the amount Investor A receives is (4 x 1,000,000) = 4,000,000 VND.
- Foreign investors who own bonds have the right to convert them into shares according to the provisions of the Issuance Plan. Regulations on bond conversion for foreign investors: If a foreign investor registers for conversion, leading to an excess of foreign ownership ratio, he/she will not be allowed for conversion or only be allowed to convert a portion of registered bonds, leading to the fact that the total number of shares under ownership by all foreign investors at each period not exceeding the share ownership ratio of foreign investors at the issuer as regulated. Accordingly, foreign investors having registered to convert bonds will be allocated proportionally according to their rate of conversion registration out of the total number of bonds registered to convert of all foreign investors of the conversion. 
- Registration period for conversion or receipt of bond principal: From 13/10/2025 to 17/10/2025.
- Temporary suspension of  lodging convertible bonds from 06/10/2025 to 03/11/2025.
- Payment date of bond principal: 06/10/2025 (due to payment date 02/11/2025 being Sunday)
- Conversion date: 03/11/2025 (due to conversion date November 2, 2025 being Sunday)
- Pledged bonds cannot be converted into shares.
- After the record date, bondholders will not be able to close their accounts.
- Execution venue:
+ Bondholders whose securities have been deposited will make procedures for bond conversion or receipt of bond principal at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ Bondholders whose securities have not been deposited
•    The owner presents the citizen identification card and the bond ownership certificate to complete the bond conversion procedure or receive the bond principal at Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company - 12th Floor, 152 Dien Bien Phu, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, from 13/10/2025 to 17/10/2025.
•    For those holders who registers to receive the bond principal, they have to present the citizen identification card and the bond ownership certificate to receive the bond principal at Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company - 12th Floor, 152 Dien Bien Phu, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, from 03/11/2025.
