- Meeting venue: Vietnam Germany Steel Pipe Joint Stock Company - Binh Xuyen Industrial Park, Xuan Lang Commune, Phu Tho Province
- Meeting agenda:
     Dismissal of current members of the Supervisory Board;
·     Election of additional members of the Supervisory Board for the remaining term of 2022-2026;
·     Approval of the policy of capital mobilization to implement the LGC Project in the form of signing investment cooperation transactions between VGP Company and partners as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1, Article 114 of the Housing Law 2023; Article 43 of Decree 95/2024/ND-CP;
·     Other issues under authority (if any).
