Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 100:10 (Shareholders are entitled to receive 10 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares for shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed
- Example: Shareholder A who owns 542 shares is entitled to receive 542/100x10 = 54.2 shares. According to the principle of handling fractional share, shareholder will receive 54 new shares, the 0.2 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Accounting department of Vietnam Germany Steel Pipe Joint Stock Company, Binh Xuyen industrial zone, Dao Duc commune, Binh Xuyen district, Vinh Phuc province on working days. ID cards, Certificate of business registration/other identity papers or valid power of attorney (in case of authorization) have to be presented. 
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
