Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 10%/share (1,000 VND per share) 
- Payment time: 14/10/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete the procedures to receive dividends at the Office of Southern Hydropower Joint Stock Company, address: Room 106, 1st Floor, Citilight Building - 45 Vo Thi Sau, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City;
- Payment time: Starting from October 14, 2025 (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays), from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the morning, from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon;
- ID card (if an individual)/Business registration certificate (if an organization + Company's letter of introduction) and the Certificate of share ownership have to be presented when receiving dividends. In case of receiving on behalf of another person, a legal PoA has to be presented. 
- Holders who want to receive dividends via bank transfer, have to send a transfer request according to the form of the Issuing Organization + Notarized copy of ID card (if individual)/Business registration certificate (if organization) and photocopy of Certificate of share ownership to Southern Hydropower Joint Stock Company - Finance and Accounting Department, address: Room 106, 1st Floor, Citilight Building - 45 Vo Thi Sau, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
