- Execution rate: 2:1 (shareholders are entitled to 1 new share for every 2 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): the number of shares additionally issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares arising from rounding down (if any) will be distributed to the Trade Union of Agriculture Printing and Packing Joint Stock Company. The Trade Union does not have to pay money when receiving these fractional shares.
Example: On the record date, shareholder Le Van A currently owns 353 shares. At that time, shareholder A will receive dividend in shares of: (353 x 1) :2 = 176.5 shares. After rounding down to the whole number, the number of shares that shareholder Le Van A is entitled to receive is 176 shares. In this case, the fraction of 0.5 shares will be distributed to the Trade Union of Agriculture Printing and Packing Joint Stock Company.
