Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Expected number of securities to be redeemed: 2,000 bonds, equivalent to par value of VND 2,000,000,000,000.
- Execution rate: 100%
- Interest: 5.4%/year
- Redemption price of each HDB12419 bond is calculated according to the formula: Bond face value + Interest received from 27/09/2024 to 29/09/2025  exclusive: 1,000,000,000 VND + (1,000,000,000 VND x 5.4%/year x 367 (days)/365 (days)) = 1,054,295,890.4110 VND, rounded to 4 dp
- The total amount of bond interest actually received by the bond owner will be rounded down to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number is rounded up, if the first decimal place is less than 5, the fractional part is removed).
- Payment date: 29/09/2025 (because the premature redemption date is 27/09/2025 which is not a business day, the Securities registering institution will make payment on the next business day)
Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank will exercise the right to redeem bonds on the redemption date of 29/09/2025. Bondholders are obliged to sell all bonds owned by him/her to the issuer and receive the proceeds from the bond redemption. All redeemed bonds will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedure and receive proceeds at the depository member where they opened the depository account.
+ Bondholders whose securities have been deposited shall make bond redemption procedure and receive proceeds via bank transfer to the registered bank account number of the bondholder at Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank on 29/09/2025. 
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to email of VSDC). In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs are requested to send the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 10/09/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
