In which, the reference interest rate is the average of the savings deposit interest rate applied to individual customers, 12-month term in VND of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade and Vietnam Technology and Commercial Joint Stock Bank announced on the date of relevant interest rate determination.

From 26/8/2025, security code VRE12007, ISIN VN0VRE120074 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for VRE12007 bonds.
VSDC will withdraw all VRE12007 bonds deposited on the effective date of cancellation of bonds registration. Depository Members are requested to record the withdrawal of VRE12007 bonds deposited on the investor's account on 26/8/2025 and notify relevant investors.
The cancellation of securities registration at VSDC shall not affect the lawful rights and interests of securities holders. Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company shall be responsible for managing information on the bonds and their holders after the bonds have been deregistered at VSDC, continuing to ensure the exercise of the lawful rights and interests of bonds holders (if any) in accordance with the prevailing laws.
