Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 10%/share (1000 VND per share)
- Payment time: 30/09/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited:  (i) The shareholders shall complete the procedures to receive dividends at Vietnam Pharmaceutical Corporation - JSC, No. 12 Ngo Tat To, Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward, Hanoi City on working days of the week starting from 30/09/2025 and ID cards have to be presented; (ii) In case the shareholder receives dividend by bank transfer, the shareholder shall send the Transfer Request Form and a copy of ID card to Vietnam Pharmaceutical Corporation - JSC so that the Finance and Accounting Department can transfer the dividend to the shareholder according to regulations.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
