Pursuant to the notice no.293/TB-TCTD dated 18th May 2023 of VietNam Pharmaceutical Corporation on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 20th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 707/TB-VSD dated 3rd March 2023 by VSD.
Reason: The Corporation is a large public company, DVN shares are traded daily; The time period from the record date (March 20, 2023) for shareholders to exercise the right to attend the General Meeting to now has been too long (2 months).
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
