Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 13% (shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 13 new shares).
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): The number of additionally issued shares will be rounded down to the whole number to ensure that the number of distributed shares does not exceed the total number of shares issued. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled. The new registered capital is based on the actually distributed share quantity.
- Example: On the record date, shareholder A currently owns 1,057 shares. In this case, shareholder A will receive 1,057 x 13% = 137.41 shares. Following the principle of rounding and handling fractional shares, the number of shares received by shareholder A after rounding is 137 shares, and the fractional shares of 0.41 shares will be canceled.
- Execution venue:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete the dividend reception procedures at Vimarko Joint Stock Company, Level 2, 10-NV27, Bac Quoc Lo 32 new urban area, Hoai Duc commune, Hanoi on working days. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
