VIB: Certification of the 8th adjustment of the number of the registered shares
Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - would like to announce certification of the 8th adjustment of the number of the registered shares for Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank as follows:
Has additionally registered securities at VSDC from 18/08/2025
From 18/08/2025, VSDC will receive depository of the above additionally registered Securites.
Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier to adjust the information on the number of registered shares are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law (supplemented in Clause 4, Article 1 of the Law no. 56/2024/QH15)
