Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Ho Chi Minh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

1. Payment of 2024 Stock Dividend
- Execution rate: 100:7 (Shareholders are entitled to 7 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number . The fractional shares (if any) will be removed. 
- For example: on the record date, Shareholder A owns 114 shares, with the right execution rate of 100:7, shareholder A receives (114 x 7) : 100 = 7.98 shares, the number of dividend shares that shareholder A receives according to the rounding down principle is 7 shares. The fractional number of shares of 0.98 shares will be cancelled and not issued.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive stock dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive stock dividend at the Executive Office of Ben Tre Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, address: 11 Nguyen Trong Quyen, Tan Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (on weekdays). ID cards have to be presented.
2. Postal ballot
- Execution Ratio: 01 common share – 01 voting right
- Execution Time: in September or October 2025 tentatively
- Execution Venue: 11 Nguyen Trong Quyen, Tan Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
- Voting Content: Approval of amendments to the Company Charter and other issues (if any) under the authority of the General Meeting in accordance with the Company Charter.
