Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate:  1 bond - 1 voting right
- Execution time: August or September 2025 tentatively
- Execution venue: Bondholders send their ballots to VPBank Securities Joint Stock Company, 21st floor, VPBank building, 89 Lang Ha, Dong Da ward, Hanoi city.
- Content:
+ Seeking the opinion of bondholders on issues relating to the bond terms and conditions;
+ Other issues (if any) within the approval authority of the bondholders as stipulated in the bond terms and conditions.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the information on securities holders in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs, and send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization should be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn of VSDC). In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs are requested to send VSDC the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 25/8/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
