- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: the number of shares issued to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: Shareholder A owns 126 shares on the record date will receive (126 x 1/10) = 12.6 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 12 shares, the 0.6 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
