Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Number of bonds to be redeemed: 15,000,000 bonds
- Execution rate: 100%
- Redemption price of each bond: 101,778.082 VND
+ Redemption price of each bond: 100,000 VND + [100,000 VND x 11% (year) x the number of days arising (days)/365 days], rounded to 3 dp
+ The number of days arising: 59 days from the final day of previous interest payment period (09/6/2025) inclusive to the premature redemption date (07/8/2025) exclusive 
+ The total receipt amount of bondholders will be rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number will be rounded up; if the first decimal is less than 5, the decimal part will be removed)
- There is not a deadline for registering to sell bonds back to the issuer. Bondholders have to sell back all bonds to the issuer in accordance with the bond conditions

+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will receive bond redemption amount at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited: The issuer shall transfer payment for repurchased bonds to accounts registered at the time bondholder buys bonds or according to the information updated in writing by bondholder before 31/7/2025 to the issuer/third party designated by the issuer on 07/08/2025.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization should be sent to VSDC’s email). In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs are requested to send VSDC the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 29/7/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
