Cancellation of bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. ROX Key Holdings Joint Stock Company is responsible for managing information about bonds and bondholders after the bonds are cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with the provisions of prevailing laws.
