Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce bond deregistration of the bond registering institution from 27/11/2025 as follows:

"Interest period" means each period lasting 3 consecutive months from the issue date to the maturity date (or the date the bond is redeemed before maturity). “Reference interest rate” means the average of saving deposit interest rates applied to individual customers in Vietnam Dong for a 12-month term announced by Vietcombank, BIDV, Vietinbank, Agribank at about 11:00 a.m (Vietnam time) on the interest rate determination of the relevant interest period.

From 27/11/2025, bond code TCX124013, ISIN VNTCX1240136 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for TCX124013 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited TCX124013 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited TCX124013 bonds from investors' accounts on 27/11/2025 and inform related investors accordingly.
When canceling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
