- Payment rate: 10%/share (1,000 VND per share).

* The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividends at Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company from (321 Tran Hung Dao, Co Giang Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) from 15/07/2025 as following:
a. Dividend received by cash:
+ Valid ID cards and original passbooks/Share ownership certificate have to be presented
+ In case of authorization: ID cards of authorized person, valid Power of Attorney, notarized copies of passbooks/securities ownership certificate have to be presented.
b. Dividend received by bank transfer:
+ Individual shareholders: written request for receiving dividend payment by bank transfer, notarized copies of ID cards, copies of passbooks/securities ownership certificates have to be presented.
+ Institutional shareholders: written request for receiving dividend payment via bank transfer and notarized copies of business registration certificate.
* The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
