Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 2:1 (on the record date, shareholder owing 1 share is entitled to 1 right and to receive 1 new share for every 2 rights)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: the number of shares issued to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: Shareholder A owns 169 shares on the record date will receive (169/2)*1 =84.5 new shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 84 shares, the 0.5 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
* The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at the Accounting-Finance Department of Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company (321 Tran Hung Dao, Co Giang ward, district 1, Hochiminh city):
+ Valid ID cards, original passbooks/securities ownership certificate have to be presented.
+ ID cards of authorized person, valid power of attorney, a copy of passbooks/securities ownership certificate have to be presented.
* The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
