Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for CVN shares from HNX to UPCOM as follows:

- Total number of registered securities: 29,699,991  shares;
From 03/06/2025, VSDC will transfer data of registration and depository of CVN shares from HNX to UPCOM on VSDC's system. 
Reason: Vinam Joint Stock Company was mandatorily delisted in accordance with Decision no.53/QĐ-SGDHN dated 19/05/2025 by Hanoi Stock Exchange but still met conditions of a public company subject to trading registration on UPCOM as stipulated in Article 133, Decree no.155/2020/NĐ-CP dated 31/12/2020 by the Government
