Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 100:16 (Shareholder owning 100 shares will receive 16 new shares)
- Rounding convention, Handling of Fractional Shares: The number of shares issued for dividend payment will be rounded down to the whole number. Any fractional shares resulting from rounding (if any) will be removed.
Example: If shareholder A has 3,502 shares, they will receive (3,502:100)*16 = 560.32 shares. The number of shares that shareholder A will receive, following the rounding principle, is 560 shares, and 0.32 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete the dividend reception procedures at the Accounting Department - Head Office of the Company (Nguyen Thi Dinh street, Thanh Chau ward, Phy Ly city, Ha Nam provice). ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
