Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

1. Payment of 2024 Stock Dividend
- Payment rate: 10:3 (Shareholders are entitled to receive 3 new shares for every 10 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued for dividend payment will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: shareholder A who owns 588 shares is entitled to receive (588:10) x 3 = 176.4 shares. Shareholder A will only receive 176 shares and the 0.4 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Central Container Joint Stock Company, 75 Quang Trung, Hai Chau ward, Hai Chau district, Da Nang city. ID cards/Certificate of business registration/other identity papers or valid power of attorney (Certificate of share ownership in case of authorization) have to be presented.
2. Share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity
- Payment rate: 5:1 (Shareholders are entitled to receive 1 new share for every 5 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued for raising share capital from owner's equity will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: shareholder A who owns 588 shares is entitled to receive (588 : 5) x 1 = 117.6 shares. Shareholder A will only receive 117 shares and the 0.6 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Central Container Joint Stock Company, 75 Quang Trung, Hai Chau ward, Hai Chau district, Da Nang city. ID cards/Certificate of business registration/other identity papers or valid power of attorney (Certificate of share ownership in case of authorization) have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
