Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

1. Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 10%/share (1,000 VND per share)
- Payment time: 25/06/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Accounting department of Savimex Corporation, no.162 HT17, Hiep Thanh ward, district 12, Hochiminh city on weekdays from 25/06/2025. ID cards have to be presented.
2. Share issuance due to raising share capital from owner's equity
- Execution rate: 5%/face value  (shareholders are entitled to receive 5 new shares for every 100 shares they own). 
- Principle of rounding and principle of handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares  will be removed.
For example, on record date, shareholder A owns 123  shares. According to the above execution rate, the shareholder will receive (123*5)/100=6.15 shares. According to the above principle, shareholder A will receive 6 shares, the 0.15 fractional share will be removed.

+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Accounting department of Savimex Corporation, no.162 HT17, Hiep Thanh ward, district 12, Hochiminh city on weekdays from 25/06/2025. ID cards have to be presented.
