1. Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 2.2%/share (VND 220 per share).

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository accounts.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Head Office of Hai Duong Pharmaceutical Medical Material Joint Company, No. 102, Chi Lang Street, Nguyen Trai Ward, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province on working days of the week starting from June 16, 2025. ID cards/Certificate of Share Ownership have to be presented.
2. 2025 Share issuance due to raising share capital from owner's equity
- Execution ratio: 100:28.8 (shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 28.8 additionally issued shares).
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: Shareholder A owns 182 shares,shareholder A will receive additional issued shares calculated as follows: (182:100) x 28.8 = 52.416 shares. Shareholder Nguyen Van A will receive 52 new shares (The fractional shares of 0.416 share will be removed).
- Payment place:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive bonus shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: The bondholder carries out procedures to receive shares issued to raising share capital from equity at headquater of Hai Duong Pharmaceutical Medical Material Joint Company, No. 102, Chi Lang Street, Nguyen Trai Ward, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province. Identity Cards/Certificate of Share Ownership  have to be presented.
